J&J / Invision has been named one of Georgia’s
Best Places to Work by
Georgia Trend
magazine.
With more than 400 nominations submitted by
employees from businesses, government offices, educational
institutions and nonprofits, J&J / Invision was among 15
companies selected for the 2008 Honor Roll of the Best Places to
Work in Georgia. Companies chosen are featured in the November
2008 issue of the magazine.
Employees highlighted J&J / Invisions’
commitment to the environment and open communication between
executives and employees as reasons they believe it is one of
the best companies in the state. They also noted J&J / Invision
as a top employer because of profit sharing and the company’s
annual Christmas dinner.
"We are very honored to be included on this list
among such outstanding companies," said Jim Bethel, CEO of J&J /
Invision. "We truly value our employees and are pleased to know
that we are doing things as a company that they are proud to be
a part of."
Any employee at any level could nominate their
company by using a ballot on the magazine’s web site. The
magazine’s editorial staff selected the winners from the
nominations.
This is the third year
Georgia
Trend
has asked employees for nominations. The
first year the magazine published the names of all nominated
companies. Starting last year, the editorial staff began
selecting 15 companies for the Honor Roll annually.
J&J / Invision is based in Dalton, Georgia,
